Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Deepr, including the iOS app and related websites. By using Deepr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Deepr.

Deepr is licensed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and any Apple App Store terms that apply to your purchases.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Deepr handles information and is incorporated into these terms.

What Deepr Does

Deepr records a short voice sample with your permission, analyzes pitch-related signals on device, and presents voice-depth results, share cards, and practice exercises. Results are estimates and may vary based on microphone quality, background noise, recording length, vocal fatigue, speaking style, and other conditions.

Deepr does not identify you by voice, verify identity, determine gender, or provide a clinical voice assessment.

Health and Safety

Deepr is for general wellness, entertainment, and self-improvement. It is not medical advice, speech therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified voice coach, speech-language pathologist, physician, or other clinician.

Use voice exercises gently. Stop any exercise that causes pain, strain, hoarseness, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. If you have a voice disorder, injury, medical condition, or concern about your voice, consult a qualified clinician before using Deepr or following any exercise.

Eligibility

Deepr is designed for adults. You must be at least 13 years old to use Deepr, and if you are under 18 you may use Deepr only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deepr may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock paid features. Subscription names, durations, prices, discounts, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store after you confirm purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through Apple. Deepr does not sell subscriptions outside Apple's in-app purchase system from the iOS app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Deepr, attempt to interfere with the app or website, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, bypass payment or entitlement checks, or use Deepr in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Your Content

You are responsible for any content you choose to share from Deepr, including result cards and captions. Deepr grants you permission to share result images generated by the app for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not misrepresent the results, imply clinical certainty, harass others, or use them unlawfully.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Deepr may suggest practice routines intended to support voice awareness and consistency. We do not guarantee that your pitch, vocal range, perceived attractiveness, confidence, or any other personal outcome will change.

Disclaimers

Deepr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Deepr will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepr's owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, vocal strain, or other harm arising from your use of Deepr. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, exercises, measurements, subscriptions, or the app itself at any time, subject to applicable law and Apple's subscription rules. We may release updates that change how Deepr works.

Changes

We may update these terms as Deepr changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Deepr after changes means you accept the updated terms.
